Thought I'll hit the ground running and continue from where we left off.

Fat Man asked: If you were a famous person (like President Obama for example:) would you feel honored to have a new discovery named after you? You know, like a newly discovered plant or animal species?

Although I have a rubbish name, yes, I would. It's one way of becoming immortal and I'd feel quite proud.

What did you have for Christmas lunch/dinner?

Well, let's see if I can remember . . . turkey (white meat only), dressing, mashed potatoes, rolls, Diet Coke, pumpkin pie. As you can see, nothing out of the ordinary.

Have you ever kept any New Year's Resolutions?

No. I am weak-willed.

How did you spend New Year's Eve?

To tell you the truth, I don't even remember now. Can you believe that? Just stayed home with the missis while the daughters went somewhere. (Great answer! )

Yeah, I'm a member of a few. The last one I posted on was politicalbetting.com (don't worry, I don't bet).

You might try townhall.com. I know at least some of the people who contribute to it are intelligent.

What was your favorite book as a child?

The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. They were class reading during Year 2 and 3. They were what made me love reading.

I suppose I should also mention the Harry Potter series and the Alex Rider books.

A: I have a High St. in my town, and I assure you it's as grand a street as it ever was.

Probably. Then again, I didn't find Snakes on a Plane scary at all.

A) Mom's homemade pizza.

Err...when I go round to friends I pick a random red from Sainsbury's, so red wine.

Are you looking forward to spring?

A: Yes, definitely.

Q: Are you looking forward to the summer (as if I didn't know)?

A: Not anymore, although it was a very busy summer with Earlette #2 graduating from college and Earlette #1 marrying Earlgernon. In fact, it was a great summer!
